උපදෙස්:

1. අපි ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති Google Form සබැඳිය වෙත සංචලනය කරන්න. ඔබට මෙය සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඔබගේ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් හෝ අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් සෘජු සබැඳියක් හරහා සොයාගත හැකිය.

2. පෝරමය විවෘත කිරීමට සබැඳිය ක්ලික් කරන්න.

3. ඔබට පිරවිය යුතු ක්ෂේත්‍ර මාලාවක් ඔබට පෙනෙනු ඇත. ඒවාට ඔබේ නම, ඊමේල් ලිපිනය සහ ඔබේ පාඨමාලාවට අදාළ විශේෂිත ප්‍රශ්න හෝ ඉගෙනුම් පද්ධතිය සමඟ ඔබේ අත්දැකීම් ඇතුළත් විය හැකිය.

4. එක් එක් ප්‍රශ්නය හොඳින් කියවීමට ඔබේ කාලය ගන්න. නිවැරදි සහ සම්පූර්ණ ප්‍රතිචාර සැපයීමට වග බලා ගන්න.

5. ක්ෂේත්‍රයක් අසල රතු තරු ලකුණක් (*) තිබේ නම්, එයින් අදහස් වන්නේ එය අවශ්‍ය ක්ෂේත්‍රයක් බවයි. මේවා පිරවීමෙන් තොරව ඔබට පෝරමය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට නොහැකි වනු ඇත.

10. ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු ඔබ වරදක් කර ඇති බව ඔබට වැටහෙන්නේ නම්, ‘ඔබේ ප්‍රතිචාරය සංස්කරණය කරන්න’ සබැඳියක් සොයන්න. මෙය තිබේ නම්, ඔබට එය මත ක්ලික් කර ඔබේ පිළිතුරු නිවැරදි කළ හැකිය. එය නොමැති නම්, මඟ පෙන්වීම සඳහා කරුණාකර ඔබේ උපදේශකයා හෝ පරිපාලක අමතන්න.

Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Google Form link that we’ve provided you. You can usually find this in your email or through a direct link from our website.

2. Click on the link to open the form.

3. You will see a series of fields that you need to fill out. They might include your name, email address, and specific questions related to your course or your experience with the learning system.

4. Take your time to read each question carefully. Make sure to provide accurate and complete responses.

5. If a field has a red asterisk (*) next to it, that means it’s a required field. You won’t be able to submit the form without filling these out.

6. Some questions may have checkboxes or radio buttons. For checkboxes, you can select multiple options. For radio buttons, you can only select one option.

7. If there’s a ‘Choose File’ button, this means you’re required to upload a document or file from your device. Make sure you have the file ready and that it’s the correct format.

8. Once you’ve filled out everything, review your answers to make sure everything is correct.

9. When you’re ready, hit the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form. You’ll receive a confirmation message and possibly an email confirming your responses.

10. If you realize you made a mistake after submitting, look for a ‘Edit your response’ link. If this is available, you can click on it and correct your answers. If it’s not available, please contact your instructor or administrator for guidance.
